Who We Are

Jade Compass is a bespoke travel atelier with a presence in both London and Beijing — designed for travellers who want more than a tour, and expect better than a brochure.

We plan and deliver private, tailor-made journeys across East Asia, Europe, and the United Kingdom — for solo explorers, couples, families, and groups of any size, from 1 to 20 or more. Whether you're two people seeking a quiet cultural escape or a large private group looking for a fully guided experience, every journey we create is designed around you — your pace, your interests, your story.

What Makes Us Different

Most tour operators sell fixed packages. We don't.

Every Jade Compass itinerary begins as a conversation. We take your dates, your group, your budget and your curiosity — and we build something that fits. Our programmes span:
