1. Who we are Jade Compass, a UK-based private China travel designer.

What we collect Only what you give us: enquiry form details (name, email, WhatsApp, group size, dates, budget), booking details (including any dietary or health needs you share), and our email/WhatsApp conversations. We never store your card numbers — payments are processed by our secure providers.

3. How we use it To answer your enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange your journey, and comply with the law. We never sell your data.

4. Who we share it with Only where needed for your trip: local travel partners (hotels, guides, drivers) and payment providers. Never for marketing.

5. How long we keep it Enquiries: up to 24 months. Bookings: 7 years (tax/legal). Then deleted.

6. Your rights Under UK GDPR you may access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

7. Cookies Our Wix site uses cookies to work correctly and understand visitor usage. You can disable cookies in your browser anytime.

8. Security & transfers Your data is stored securely by trusted providers (e.g. Wix), possibly on servers outside the UK, protected to UK standards.
